First time in Weymouth and looking for an evening meal. Decided to try Greedy Seagull after reading good ratings and I liked the name. Booked a table which I recommend as they were turning people away when there. It's near the harbour area and has a fresh, distinctive decor based on seagulls of course. It's cosy inside with a nice homely feel. Seated promptly by the friendly staff and ordered drinks while scanning the menu. Nice selection of Mediterranean style foods, tapas, fish, grilled meats, burgers. Had the steak, seafood paella and chefs special, skate wings. The food did take a little while to be served and there is a notice to customers that waiting times may be longer during busy periods. We weren't too bothered by it. The food itself was beautifully prepared and presented. Paella was tasty, with a mountain of mussels! Steak was flavourful and the skate wing was cooked perfectly. It was all very nice indeed. I can see why it's highly rated. By me too.

Brilliant meal this evening. The staff were so friendly & the owner came out to talk to my young son a few times which was a nice touch. Food couldn’t be faulted. Will definitely return when we visit Weymouth again.

My wife and I went for dinner. It was cosy and the staff were very attentive. What i ordered wasn't in stock. The owner with out a pause upgraded my dinner for anything on the menu for the same price of the meal they didn't have. I said she could surprise me. I ended up with the t-bone steak, it was cooked to perfection. My wife had the seabass, also perfectly cook. We had a very nice meal and evening. Can't wait to go back.

Friendly staff, good food and fast service Nice selection of beers and wine 🍷 Mix grill was great, steak and chicken perfectly cooked. Pork belly not very tasty I thought will look more fresh cooked. When I order mix grill I prefer something fresh from grill not boiled and grilled after. This is for everyone taste anyway. Was a nice dinner!!! Thank you!!

we went there for my husband's birthday 25/09/23, we had such a wonderful time that we went back the next day. the food was amazing, the chef and waitress were so friendly and welcoming, and we loved the murals. this is our favourite restaurant in Weymouth. can't wait to come back here on our next holiday. i would highly recommend this restaurant.
